How ETF Recommendations Are Used
Purpose: Translate your current holdings composition into a small ETF set and suggested ETF weights.
Data source: Generate uses current weighted composition from /api/analyze-results and posts it to /api/etf-recommendations.
How it works
- Click Generate to run ETF optimization from your latest analyzed holdings.
- Optimizer returns selected ETF symbols and target ETF weights.
- Use the charts and table to inspect sector and subsector coverage.
What to do next
- Use these ETFs as a candidate basket, not an automatic trade list.
- Export or recreate your target allocation CSV and validate it on Allocation Comparison.
- If generation fails or looks sparse, improve classifications then rerun analysis and generate again.
